Rental Information

The Southside Oroville Community Center provides a spacious multi-purpose room, small conference room and beautiful grounds in a setting that sits on top of a hill with a view of the surrounding mountains. All three spaces are available to rent and offer commercial kitchen accessibility, audio-visual equipment, the use of tables and chairs, access to restrooms and ample parking to help you have a successful event.

  • Multi-Purpose Room

    The multi-purpose room features a space that comfortably accommodates 300 people. Its bright, neutral and clean interior provides the perfect backdrop for fundraisers, wedding receptions, award ceremonies or other large events. The room can be transformed to reflect the look and feel of your event and will be sure to have guests raving about an enjoyable experience.

    • 1-4 Hours: $300 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)
    • 5-8 Hours: $550 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)
    • 8+ Hours: $800 (The Kitchen is included in this price for FREE)

    Weekend Rates are Friday - Sunday:
     
    • 1-4 Hours: $400 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)
    • 5-8 Hours: $800 (does not include kitchen use; separate fee)
    • 8+ Hours: $1,200 (The Kitchen is included in this price for FREE)

  • Conference Room

    The small conference room provides a professional setting ideal for business meetings. Your colleagues will be thanking you for renting a space that features a large conference table, comfortable cushioned chairs, windows to let in natural light, and a wet bar.

  • Grounds

    The grounds of the Southside Oroville Community Center are also available to rent for group or private gatherings. The lush green grass and rose garden, surrounded by the views of the foothills, offer a pleasant outside environment for your gathering.

  • Kitchen

    The commercial kitchen is a clean, reliable and functional facility. It provides easy accessability to the multi-purpose room and will meet all the needs for caterers or other food handlers.

    • Steam table and Dishwasher
